The candidate must have senior level experience withtrading systems and or investment banking.

Please only sendcandidates who several years of experience with this type of backgroundand have extensive experience with both java, Python and data caching.



You will work within their technologygroup is a dynamic, fast-paced environment, working on a new on prem / hybridcloud platform which is being built from scratch. Qualified candidate will have a provenbackground of building complex, full-stack applications in Java/Python and JavaScripton Angular and be a part of an important a global technical transformation.

What You Will Do:

? Build and maintain new and existing applications in preparationfor a large-scale architectural migration within an Agile function.

? Align with the Investment Tech Product Owner and Scrum Masterin assessing business needs and transforming them into scalable applications.

? Build and maintain code to manage data received from heterogenousdata formats including web-based sources, internal/external databases, flatfiles, heterogenous data formats (binary, ASCII

? Work with industry wide cachingframeworks (HazelCast, MemSQL, MemCach) to leverage distributed cachingmethodology and optimize application performances

? Design and implement event baseservices leveraging messaging frameworks such as Kafka, Zero-MQ, Rabbit-MQ … inorder to build close to real-time streaming framework.

? Help build powerful UI leveraging common JS frameworks(Angular, React…) leveraging our internal Application DevelopmentFramework.

? Design and support effective storage and retrieval of largeinternal and external datasets and be forward think about the convergencestrategy with our AWS cloud migration.

? Assessthe impact of scaling up and scaling out and ensure sustained data management anddata delivery performance.

? Buildinterfaces for supporting evolving and new applications and accommodating newdata sources and types of data.

? Proven ability to work quickly in a dynamic environment.

? Bachelor’sdegree in Finance, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science or a related field.
