Job Description :
A must & Job Requirements:

Tools – will be provided by AECF
Must have minimum of 8+ years of experience in IT Helpdesk Support.
The person needs to have to experience in Win 10, 0365 support for end users, outlook, word, power point, WebEx etc troubleshooting.
Strong experience with MS Office 365 applications.
Strong troubleshooting skills in a Windows based enterprise environment
Performs a variety of tasks and other duties as assigned.
Working experience with desktop and server operating systems including Microsoft Windows 7 and 10
Triage and support Windows.
Excellent hardware troubleshooting experience.
Extensive application support experience with all Microsoft products
Experience with Information Technology and specifically with Microsoft server, software, hardware
Experience with troubleshooting and resolving Windows 10 and basic laptop hardware issues.
Basic understanding of enterprise data Center concepts (Windows, networking, server administration
MCP, MCITP Certifications preferred but not a mandate.
