Urgent Job Opening - Sr. Informatica BDM  Developer with Healthcare, Health Insurance, FHIR, Claims, BDM, Python Scripting, SQL, Oracle, DB2, Hive, Hadoop, Teradata, PowerCenter, Unix Shell Scripting, Mainframes / Cobol, ESP, PowerBuilder, Agile, etc., needed – REMOTE  – Long Term.

REQUIRED SKILLS / ALL SKILLS are a MUST:

  • 5 to 8 years of Informatica experience is required.
  • Informatica Big Data Management (BDM) – Required.
  • Experience in Healthcare or Health Insurance Industry is required.
  • Claims and FHIR is required.
  • Hive, Hadoop and ESP is required.
  • Informatica v10.1 experience, Teradata, SQL, Oracle, DB2, Python Scripting, Unix shell scripting and Mainframes.
  • Agile very critical.
  • Multi-Complex SQL programming is required.
  • 3 - 5 years of experience using one or more legacy technologies (e.g., COBOL, PowerBuilder, Mainframe Systems, etc.).
  • Experience with Power Center.
  • Problem solving, root cause analysis, and issue resolution.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills.

RESONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for analysis, design, programming, testing and implementation for new and existing Informatica application software, and production support for Informatica systems with medium complexity.
  • Responsible for analyzing, designing, coding, testing and implementing application enhancements, as well as providing general production support, meeting defined scope, target dates and budgets with minimal or no defects.
  • Utilizes and participates in the full system development life cycle, per current SDLC standards.
  • Collaborates with customers, business analysts, partners, and IT team members to understand business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions.
  • Concentrates on providing innovative solutions to business needs.
  • Provides required technical support, including release implementations, on-call and 24x7 supports when necessary.
  • Performs work in compliance with all Highmark and Highmark IT standards, policies and procedures.
  • Actively participates on project teams in various project roles, including, but not limited to, Developer, Technical Lead and Project Manager, based upon level of experience.
  • Effectively communicates with team members, customers, partners and management, including assisting with or conducting technical walkthroughs, reporting project status, enabling vendor solutions and providing accurate and concise documentation.
