Position: Sr Dot net developer Location: Glastonbury, CT Experience: 10+ Technical Skillset required .Net, C#, VB6, SQL, Java Script, IIB, MQ, Message Broker. 10 15 years of experience with solid understanding in all the phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), this includes Analysis, Design, Development, Testing and Maintenance Handle Incident, Service request and Problem tickets, Maintenance and Enhancement activities the application in scope Involvement in SDLC life cycle starting from requirements through deployment and post deployment support. Experience in handling complex Application/Technical issues . Coordinate with Business users/client IT Team and Manager and deliver as planned. Good knowledge on the Source version tools, debugging tools, Autosys scheduler. Knowledge on Performance monitoring tools, working on Windows/Unix Environment Coordinate with Offshore team for Task assignment, review, Test and deliver to client Provide On-call support for outside Business hours and weekends Handle Deployment and maintenance support as needed over the weekends. Service manager Responsibilities Include End to end delivery management of Managed Services engagement working with the client and other vendors teams across Application Maintenance and QE&A towers Accountable for quality delivery of support, maintenance and enhancements with structured review processes Support IT Management functions including Intake & Demand Management, Estimation, Staffing & Onboarding, Metrics and Knowledge Management. Relationship Management, Delivery Management, People Management, Operations, Innovation Manage Continuous Improvements and assist transformational initiatives (Automation, Debt Management, Agile adoption, Innovation etc and execute special projects for customer to realize benefits Deliver to agreed outcomes and be responsible for service delivery/SLA's and client engagement
