Working in agile teams and managing backlog/demand and velocity and helping improve delivery productivity and velocity
Acting as the single point of contact between the technical teams and the user/business teams
Managing delivery of the project

Experience (Years) 8-10
Essential Skills
Have an excellent demonstrable track-record of delivery in a Project manager capacity at large, complex oil & gas organization
Experience in handling digital security/security related projects in organizations Possess basic understanding of Cyber Security & Technology & Infrastructure.
Have excellent Stakeholder management skills, securing buy-in from stakeholders with limited time.
Have experience working with technical and non-technical teams across a broad range of IT disciplines.scope management, planning, tracking, reporting, financial and issue management of teams Strong user management skills (good communications, ability to understand and prioritize demands with supply) Managing technical resources in scrum teams (onshore and offshore)
Desirable Skills
Proven interpersonal skills; ability to work productively and professionally with any level of business resources.Strong verbal and written communications skills, with the ability to convey business and technical concepts to subject matter experts and non-technical professionals.
