a) Should have a good collaborative attitude and be able to conduct internal training sessions and process improvement initiatives as and when necessary
b) Good understanding and experience working using Agile methodologies like Scrum, Kanban and SDLC processes
c) Ability to handle difficult technical conversations and come up viable technical solutions to resolve
d) Should display leadership qualities and should have lead teams for interim goals/projects
e) Good experience using tools like VSTS, TFS, GitHub and JIRA to support design, development, and testing
f) Participate in design discussions & client meetings
g) Report work progress to the manager & the client on a periodic basis
h) Ability to understand requirements and architecture document, and prepare HLD/LLD
i) Ability to review the developer artifacts and provide guidance
j) Ability to Reach out and engage the team

Primary Skills (Must have)
a) Minimum 10+ years of experience in MS CRM implementations
b) Strong Hands on Experience on below MS CRM versions
Dynamics 365
MS CRM 2016
MS CRM 2015
c) Strong Hands on experience in MS CRM Configuration and Customization like Client Scripting, plugin development, Registration and Debugging, Ribbon Customization, Sitemap Customization, Form Customization, Process automation & Reports
d) Experience in laid down technical architecture for end to end implementations using different components in Dynamics 365
e) Strong functional knowledge on Sales, Marketing and Service Modules
f) Good Hands on experience in Web Service Development, Unified Service Desk & Integrations with MS CRM
g) Strong in functional and Technical Design of MS CRM Implementations
h) Should be able to learn new features quickly on need basis and help team to learn new features
i) Conceptual or Hands on experience in Field Service implementation
j) Strong hands on experience in Solutioning and migrations
k) Experience in On Premise Installations and version upgrade
l) Experience in portal development & implementation
m) At least 5 end-to-end project implementations experience
n) Experience in data migrations from On-Prem/Legacy applications to Dynamics 365 and vice versa
o) Experience in developing interfaces between Dynamics 365 and legacy applications
p) Experience in developing SSRS reports and SSIS packages

Secondary skills (Good to have)
a) Functional Knowledge about Navision/Business Central
b) Microsoft Power BI
c) Azure Functions, Logic Apps & Power Apps
d) Azure Cognitive Services
e) Click Dimension
f) LinkedIn Sales Navigator
