Experience in mid-office or back office credit operations for SME & Commercial Banking Division of the bank along with an ability to understand automation of loan processing and or experience in working with products such as Loan IQ or Encompass.
· Knowledge of Lending Operations, and about preparation of loan documents & Mortgages, end to end disbursement and limit set up.
· Expertise in working with visualization tools such as Excel Macros and Power BI.
· Deep expertise of Collateral security management and maintenance, internal audits and process controls and understanding of credit products
· Strong analytical skills with ability to quickly interpret data
· Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and in teams, excellent communication and persuasive skills.
