Job Description :
Title: Sr. Consultant/Manager Location: Remote with Limited travel Duration: Contract Job Description : - He/she provides his/her knowledge and expertise on the process and assists in continuous improvement of the process in various projects.
- He/she is involved in performing the pre-work, completing the event planning and supporting it and leading continuous improvement activities that will ultimately lead in accomplishing the strategic goals and objectives.
- He/she should act as Change agent and support business leaders/owners/ SME to prioritize the right set to opportunities aligning to Lean Thinking Implementation
- Artifacts, tools and templates to help deploy Lean Management system
- Lead/ Facilitate problem solving using A3 methodology (Step 1: Background/ Introduction, Step 2: Problem Statement, Step 3: Goal Statement, Step 4: Root Cause Analysis, Step 5: Countermeasures, Step 6: Effect Confirmation, Step 7: Follow Up Action)
- Value Stream Map L3/L4 level value stream map
- Certified Lean Six Sigma Black/Green Belt with good hands-on experience
- Insurance industry experience would be added advantage
