Role: Sr. Business Systems Analyst with Labeling Duration: 6 Months+ Location: West Point, PA /Upper Gwynedd, PA. Strong Pharma experience needed The Global Regulatory Affairs IT team is engaging on a project aimed at implementing predicative dashboards to provide new insights by connecting currently disparate data across the end-to-end labeling & promotional material processes. This role will have to work across three divisions (Client Research Laboratories, Human Health, and Client Manufacturing Division) with a broad spectrum of internal clients. This role is expected to manage relationships at various levels in the organization and tailor communications accordingly. Drive communication, change management, and release plans. In addition, identifying IT operational support needs is within scope with the intent to evaluate and optimize how that support is offered long term (e.g. transition to helpdesk system, etc. The dashboards will be built with an AWS backend infrastructure and Qlik Sense front end. This is a unique role, with an independent capacity, and one that will wear a number of hats (e.g. Aspects of BA/TA/Support/Communications/Client Relationship and Project Coordination This role would likely suit someone with multi-faceted skills and interests, and someone who has the ability to organize work and is self-organized and motivated. Ability to navigate the Client landscape with minimal supervision is required. Desired: * Experience with AWS solution * Experience with Qlik (or other reporting solutions) * Experience using JIRA and other Agile development toolsets Role Expectations: * Experienced in Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) for IT solution implementation * Experienced in Agile product development practices * IT Quality testing (e.g. System, UAT) and script development, management, and review * Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis. * Orchestrating resolution of technical implementation issues and gaps (like how best to ingest data from data sources * Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs. * Proactively communicate and collaborate with the business to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver artifacts as needed, such as Business Requirements Documents and Use Cases. * Experience in using enterprise-wide requirements definition and management systems and methodologies are required. * Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously * Work independently with users to define concepts and under direction of Product Owner * Drive and challenge business units on their assumptions of how they will successfully execute their plans * Strong analytical skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements. * Serves as the conduit between the internal customer community and the software development team through which requirements flow. * Develop requirements specifications according to standard templates, using natural language. * Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs. * Be the liaison between the business units, technology teams and support teams. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts. * Preparing status communications for various governance levels * Drive authoring and execution of communication and change management plans Additional Qualifications include: o 5 plus years pharma experience o Ability to work with external IT vendor and internal Client application teams and solution leads o Flexible with time schedule some evening calls will be necessary as there is offshore teams we need work with o Can work in a high stress quickly changing environment o Have delivered a project at Client a plus o Understand technical challenges and communicate issues to Client Product Owner o Understand support transition and KT process o Location: West Point/UG o Travel: None Note: Momento USA is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
