Job Requirements: Partner with Business stakeholders, to identify business goals; document current state business/technical processes and data flows; document future state processes and data flows; document gap analysis between current state and future state. Create & Maintain Project Plans, Project Budgets, Project Estimates, Project Scope & Team Assignment. Experience in project management of large cross-functional implementations Lead information gathering sessions to understand current and potential customer needs Apply business knowledge and facilitative expertise to resolve functional issues across one or more areas of the business and across multiple projects Understand complex problems and explain the situations to others through both verbal and written communications (e.g. detailed work flow diagrams), as well as assist in generating and choosing solutions to address Understand and translate business needs into business requirements (user stories and acceptance criteria) and associated activities Mentor business partners and IT team in requirements processes Ensure that requirement statements are complete, consistent, concise, comprehensible, feasible, traceable, unambiguous, and verifiable, and that they conform to standards. Define quality attributes, external interfaces, constraints, system & technical requirements, and other nonfunctional requirements. Participate in requirements prioritization and assist with managing the product backlog Ensure clarity between business and IT to ensure that IT knows what needs to be built and the business agrees the solution meets the need Lead and contribute to change management efforts as part of transformation Participate in peer reviews and inspections of requirements documents and of work products derived from requirements specifications to ensure that the requirements were interpreted correctly. Partner with Technical, QA and Business to verify the solution solves business needs and functions as agreed Manage requirements traceability information and track requirements status throughout the project. Manage changes to baselined requirements through effective application of change control processes and tools. Degree Requirements: Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer information systems, information technology or a combination of education and experience equating to the U.S. equivalent of a Bachelor's degree in one of the aforementioned subjects.
