Job Description
:
We are looking bench sales expert marketing person for IT US bench w2 employee and can handle 10 people of bench and has direct client and implementation partner contact to place bench quickly on any skill with 1-5 years of experience staffing direct hire, contract, and contract to hire within the technical discipline.
Currently we are okay remote till Covid later will look onsite prefer Goa or we can look Pune or depend on exp other location we are open.
Salary will depend on location and exp
We are looking for someone that:
Has passion for our industry and loves what they do
Has prior technical bench sales experience in an agency environment (smaller environment preferred)
Is resourceful and utilizes creative ways to find passive candidates
Has the ability and desire to use social media and direct recruiting methodologies
Excellent track record of developing strong relationships and trust resulting in the right resource for the right role and higher candidate retention rates
Highly professional and enjoys partnering with a highly talented team to truly deliver value to our clients
Loves talking with people, love networking, and loves being on the phone (yes, the good old phone)
Has a positive mind set
Is self directed and can work in a somewhat unstructured environment (you make your day)
Can work solo, but can also enjoys being part of a team
Has the “do what it takes” attitude of serving others
Has excellent verbal and written communication skills
Would like to grow into an Account Management role within 3-6 months
This position will entail finding top technical talent. Responsibilities will include:
Conduct initial screening interview, reference checks, negotiate salary & relocation, coordinate client interviews and work with the account manager to close the deals
Turn OFF keyword highlights
