Title: Sr. Azure Cloud Automation Engineer
Location: 100% Remote (TX)
Duration: 6 month contract to hire

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate
• May serve as a lead for a team of Cloud Architects and Engineers.
Requirement experience and skills:
• 10 years of professional experience as a Software Engineer/Cloud Engineer
• 5 years of Linux / Unix command line experience
• Deep understanding of the software development life-cycle (SDLC)
• Develop automation code to deploy and maintain infrastructure and applications
• Proficient with multiple programming and scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash, Python and PHP)
• Create new workflows leveraging MS SharePoint and ServiceNow
• Fundamental understanding of Windows permissions, networking and privilege elevation
• Experience with code management tool (Git)
• Working knowledge of Infrastructure management tools (Ansible or Terraform)
• Experience with container technologies, (Kubernetes)
• Experience with Relational Databases (MS SQL, Oracle)
• Clear understanding of cloud service and deployment models
• Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipeline
• Agile environment
• Microservices, AKS on Azure, Azure, Terraform
• Excellent / Clear English verbal communicator
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate
• HashiCorp Certified: Terraform Associate (preferred / ideal)
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related technology/engineering discipline
