Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and enhance financial regulatory reporting solutions using Axiom SL, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
Integrate Axiom SL with various data sources and systems, customizing the platform to meet specific business requirements.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
Oversees the development process to ensure alignment with business needs.
Creating the data sources, data models, shorthand???s, portfolios, Aggregation, Free Form
Work extensively in end to end Axiom reporting design.
Actively take part in different phases of AXIOM SL Reporting projects as a Developer,Designer and a Technical Team Lead.
Design scalable and efficient Axiom SL solutions, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and integrity.
Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining CCAR reporting solutions using Axiom SL, ensuring compliance with financial regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with testers and other teams to make sure the reports work properly and are delivered on time
Conduct thorough unit testing, identify and resolve defects, and perform debugging to ensure the quality of developed solutions.
Create and maintain technical documentation including design specifications, deployment procedures, and user guides.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, testers, and infrastructure teams, to ensure successful implementation and deployment of Axiom SL solutions.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Axiom SL applications and address issues or incidents promptly.
Keep abreast of the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulatory changes related to financial reporting and Axiom SL.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing solutions using Axiom SL.
- Strong understanding of financial regulatory reporting, including knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as Basel III, Dodd-Frank, and IFRS.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, Java, or C#.
- Experience with database systems (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server) and data modeling concepts.
- Familiarity with data integration techniques and tools (e.g., ETL processes, data warehousing).
- Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, Shell scripting) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Previous experience in the financial services industry is preferred.
