Liaison with client on a daily basis to understand the regular and ad-hoc reporting and analytics needs. Collaborate with offshore team to get the deliverables created.
· Communicate with internal and external stakeholders on a regular basis. Identify areas of business growth within the account.
· Understand data needs, Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills, customer requirements and potential business implications
· Garner a thorough understanding of customer requirements and potential business implications and Ability to provide business insights
· Manage the end-to-end process set-up by applying best practices. Construct workflow
· Proven experience in prioritizing and delegating work to meet deadlines, objectives and quality metrics
· Drive decision making process amongst key stakeholders
· Develop customized analytical reports to cater to the client requests
· Ability to collaborate customer to understand business requirements and translate that in actionable plan
· Effectively communicate project details to clients and internal delivery team via written documents and presentations
Pharma Commercial Analytics /Sales Operations /Marketing Operations Experience
2) Good working Knowledge of Alteryx
3) Good working Knowledge of Python & SQL
4) Good Communication and stakeholder management skills.
5) Good Project Management Skills
6) Knowing R will be an added advantage
