Role:Sr. Account Manager Location: Chicago, IL Duration: Full-Time JD Account Management & Client Service Strong in Data Analytical Background Manage and report on the overall success metrics of the account(s) assigned, including revenue, growth, profitability, client satisfaction, and team satisfaction Act as Cognetik's onsite primary point of contact for a number of key client stakeholders, ensuring availability and proximity at all times Establish and maintain authentic relationships with key client stakeholders and executive team, gaining trust and respect as a business partner and advisor Maintain awareness of client satisfaction, seeking feedback regularly and investing time as required when there are opportunities for improvement Account Growth Identify new opportunities to meet client business goals through Cognetik's service offering Respond to new opportunities by leading the sales process, including the development of presentation materials, proposals and and the Statement of Work Maintain record of opportunities and forecasts in internal CRM Lead recurring account retrospectives and business reviews Qualifications Bachelor's degree or above (will consider equivalent experience) Overall 10-12 Years of exp in IT and Minimum of 5 years experience as an Account Manager (or similar role) Minimum of 2 years managing Fortune 500 clients Minimum of 2 years experience managing accounts of $5 million or more Relational quota carrying sales experience Working knowledge of Clickstream Analytics, specifically with the Adobe analytics tool set (required) Working knowledge of Enterprise Data Management (a plus) Working knowledge of Data Science and Machine Learning (a plus) Attributes High emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal skills Strong presentation, verbal and written communication skills Ability to motivate others and relate to people in an authentic way Maintains poise when under pressure or faced with critical decision-making Energetic and motivated, with an inquiring mind and passion for excellence and innovation Constantly in pursuit of business growth and success
