Job Description :

We are looking for a Full-time/Contract employee for a SQL Server Express Database Consultant.
What it is supposed to do...

Public users submit list of data that are saved into a SQL Server Express DB using a asp/web application
Batch File accesses tables within the database and exports to a csv file output.
Output then is transferred via sftp to an external server.

What it does

It times out after #2 above - the csv file is then incomplete and subsequently does not transfer.
Gives an error message - ERROR: Problem unloading training info from the CPE database. Error= Execution Timeout Expired. The timeout period elapsed prior to completion of the operation or the server is not responding. The statement has been terminated.
Due to staff turnover, we are unclear the location of the source code for the process above.

What we need....

Evaluate Visual Studio program that times out while accessing SQL Server Express Database.
After evaluation, if it cannot be determined where error occurs, recreate process for the agency.
Document all of it.

Agency has SMEs on staff to describe process. Agency can provide access to required servers for work and demonstrate processes.
CANDIDATE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS(Required):

Microsoft SQL Express Visual Studio (VB.net, C#, asp.net) Heidi SQL Some DBA experience preferred.
