Skill Required / Desired Amount of Experience
Hands-on experience in SQL Server administration and support (versions 2012 through latest) Required 5 Years
Familiarity with SQL Server migration processes and tools (e.g., Data Migration Assistant, backup/restore, alwayson, or log shipping). Required 5 Years
Proficiency in T-SQL and scripting for automation Required 5 Years
Working knowledge of SQL Server features like jobs, indexes, users/roles, and performance plans. Required 5 Years
Experience supporting on-premises and/or hybrid environments Required 5 Years
Strong understanding of SQL Server tools: SSMS, SSIS, SSRS, and SQL Profiler. Required 5 Years
Hands-on experience with database migration tools and techniques (e.g., Data Migration Assistant, Backup/Restore, Log Shipping, Always On, etc.) Required 5 Years
Experience with cloud-based migration (e.g., Azure SQL, AWS RDS for SQL Server) Nice to have 3 Years
Troubleshooting and performance tuning skills. Desired 3 Years
