Pay Range: $70- $75/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:

  • Create reporting strategy, execution, and delivery for the reports.
  • Strong knowledge in relational database systems and MS SQL queries
  • Experience in data analytics tools and knowledge of data interpretation is required.
  • Work with the data providers and transform the data as per the business requirements for reporting.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, organizational and planning skills.
  • Logical and efficient with Keen attention to details
  • Strong data driven approach to all scenarios. Gather insights to backup any feature ideas and ensure any new features are instrumented appropriately for future insights.
  • Work with multiple stakeholders across the organization to understand business needs, anticipate future reporting needs & design scenarios in line with overall strategy or the organization.
  • Continuously integrate user feedback and ensure reporting quality & satisfaction is high.
  • Should be able to differentiate executive requirements as well as day-to-day operation requirements and be able to strike a balance and provide optimal solutions.
  • Research new capabilities in line with latest industry trends from both technology and user innovation perspective.
  • A powerful desire to produce quality work, adopt standards and adhere to those standards.
  • Provide input to assist with continual improvement.
  • Ability to work effectively, with minimal day-to-day supervision, and contribute significantly to the success of the practice globally.
  • Flexible work style and experience managing defined deadlines and work under tight time constraints.
  • Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills.
  • Create new reports, visualizations, and workflows based on business logic as provided by manager through conversations with business lines.
  • Create ad hoc reports and datasets based on data requests.
  • Maintain/update current reports and workflows based on evolving needs.
  • Automate current processes based on business logic as provided by manager through conversations with business lines.
  • Troubleshoot reports or processes to resolve errors.
  • Document report or process requirements
  • Write clear procedures and instructional manuals to build out self-service capabilities.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

  • Report writing experience in SSRS, PowerBI or similar.
  • Working with data sets (Transforming and loading data)
  • Working knowledge of MS O365 Suite
  • SQL experience
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate orally and in writing.
  • Demonstrate good judgment to support the Director with technical advice and problem resolution.
  • Perform other related duties, as necessary.
  • Ability to collaborate with a team.
  • Capability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
  • Meticulous
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or equivalent professional experience
  • IT Service Management 8+years, Client 5+years. Performance Analytics 3+ years
  • Expert knowledge of Client’s Performance Analytics capabilities
  • Builds out dashboards and reports to deliver to senior management.
  • Measured the platform’s ROI.
  • As a service, partners with business analysts, consumers of the platform, and others to craft meaningful dashboards, reports, and create analytical representation of the data
  • Enforces governance around all reporting.
  • Makes recommendations to improve the use of reporting and analytics to drive outcomes.
  • Experience utilizing Performance Analytics to configure metrics, reports and dashboards that inform progress against KPI targets.
  • ITIL certification highly desired
  • Proven and verifiable history of analyzing business situations and working within a group environment to provide efficient and effective software solutions
  • Excellent knowledge of Client Best Practices and ongoing knowledge of latest Client features
  • Must be adaptable to work in a varied, fast paced, exciting, ever-changing environment
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with business partners
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills to resolve technical issues utilizing native capabilities and without unnecessary customizations.
