Responsibilities

Provide strong technical direction to the team

Evaluate teams work and implement best practices that will help the team deliver on time and first time right deliverables.



Skills:

Strong understanding and minimum 10 years of experience in SQL and PL/SQL

Should be very good at writing SQL queries and PL/SQL stored procedures

Should be very good at performance tuning of SQL Queries.

Should be well versed in programming in Linux/Unix environment

Experience in Snowflake or Synapse is a plus but not a requirement.

Demonstrated experience and ability to work with business users to gather requirements and manage scope.

Proven ability to effectively manage the team and deliverables should be delivered on time and first time right.

Candidate should possess experience in client facing role and should also have experience in onsite-offshore co-ordination

Strong trouble shooting and problem solving skills with Logical and good attitude team player with strong oral and interpersonal skills.

Should have experience working in Agile environment.
