Role: SQA/SEPG Process Consultant -
Experience level : 8 10 years
Location: Chicago, IL - Currently it is hybrid model (1 day in a week)
Must have:
Should be a Process coach capable of mentoring project teams.
Excellent knowledge and experience of Agile methodology .
Experience in testing delivery with good knowledge of STLC and defining testing process related artifacts
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
Experience in defining, measurement and analysis of all delivery related metrics.
Good experience in working with tools like Jira.
Responsible for implementing the process as defined in our Delivery Excellence methodology.
Lead on program quality reviews to assure adherence to processes and procedures
To drive a program of continuous improvement across our delivery governance & methodology.
Nice to have:
• Good experience in working with tools like Zephyr, Agile Accelerator .
• SAFE agile methodology.
1) Good candidate with background of SEPG .
2) Decent Communication
3) working for industrialization of parent company processes.
4) Looks like more focused on Audit and compliance
5) relatively lesser experience on QA, Key QA Metrics, Defect RCA etc.
6) High level awareness about Agile, SAFE, CI/CD process, tools like Jenkins etc.
