Technical Architect Role JD (Splunk, Cloud Native)
The role plays a key role who leads to architect, design, build and deliver platform capabilities. To do this the individual should have required technical skills, deep knowledge of the required area and ability to learn and adapt to the needs of program. With this in mind, an understanding of the right skills, process understanding, and mindset is vital.
We are seeking high energy and experienced applicants who possess the following skills and experience:
o 15+ years of experience in technology industry working in complex environment building platform capabilities on cloud for deploying customer facing applications
o At least 5+ years as a Technical lead
o The individual should possess the Platform thinking as he/she would be part of the Platform development team that will be leveraged by CX applications.
o Ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
o Critical thinking and big picture understanding of how platform should be built and maintained to enable applications scaling, security and resiliency
o Experienced in requirement gathering from customer, business understanding and analysis, technical design and end to end project deployment
o Good Interpersonal Communication Skills and you are willing to work with remote team
o Strong communications skills with writing and oral presentations.
o Flexible and adaptable: Ability to switch gears in various high-stress situations and apply themselves to quickly learning new technologies and adopting new methodologies.
o Accountability: You are a results-oriented teammate who leads by example, holds self-accountable for performance, takes complete ownership, and champions all aspects of customer and project initiatives.
o Efficient and Creative: You should be able to think creatively to find the optimal solution to problems.

Mandatory Skills
o Strong experience in Splunk architecting and Implementation
o Experience in data architecture(s) needed.
o Experience with ETL and connecting various source systems
o Experience in AWS optimized implementation
o Define the security architecture, ensuring that it meets the business requirements and performance goals
o Experience on Java/j2ee, Spring, Python, Docker, Kubernetes, Microservices. Ability to design & implement solutions using these technologies.

o Hands on experience on building REST API’s
o Understand UI/UX needs for providing user experience to its best (Angular, HTML, JavaScript, CSS)
o Hands-on experience building SaaS application using Cloud native technologies
o Hands on experience on Java/j2ee, Spring, Python, Docker, Kubernetes, Microservices
o Polyglot persistent Stores

o Hands on experience on complete CICD tooling (GIT, CICD tools, Security scans)
o Proven experience in Agile environments
