About the Role We are seeking a highly experienced Solutions Architect who can design and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing technology solutions. This role requires a strong technical background, strategic thinking, and the ability to collaborate closely with stakeholders, engineering teams, and leadership to translate business needs into reliable architecture and implementation plans.
The ideal candidate has deep experience with modern cloud platforms, enterprise systems architecture, and large-scale solution integration. You will help guide technology direction, validate architectural decisions, and ensure solutions meet performance, security, and business requirements.
Key Responsibilities -
Work with business and technical teams to understand requirements and define architecture roadmaps, solution designs, and implementation strategies.

Create detailed architectural diagrams, documentation, and technical specifications.

Lead end-to-end solution design across cloud, application, data, and integration layers.

Provide technical guidance and oversight to development and engineering teams.

Evaluate existing systems and recommend improvements to enhance performance and scalability.

Ensure all solutions align with security standards, compliance needs, and best practices.

Support project planning, estimations, and risk assessments.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, DevOps, security, and operations.

Lead technical discussions, design reviews, and solution validation workshops.

Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend adoption where beneficial.
Required Skills & Experience -
12+ years of experience in enterprise software architecture, solution design, or similar role.

Strong background in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Proven experience designing complex distributed systems and high-availability architectures.

Expertise with microservices, APIs, integration patterns, and middleware.

Strong understanding of networking, security controls, and identity management.

Experience with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Ability to create architecture diagrams using tools like Visio, Lucidchart, or similar.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications -
Relevant certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Architect Expert, or TOGAF.
