Job Title: Solution Architect/Engineer
Location: Onsite, Cincinnati-OH
Duration: 12 Month + contract
Must have skills: Data Domain, DPA, DPCentral, NetWorker
Project Tasks: Customer in the process of deploying Networker and Data Domain. This is a new solution for the customer previously did not have a backup solution in place. Backup solution will be in placed in air gap room and will not have dial home set up.
The resident will assist with the following:
• Assist customer with day to day backup administrative activities
• General Networker performance/troubleshooting
• Reviews IT processes and policies (Incident, retention, capacity, performance and change management, user, and back up policy) - as part of the new backup solution
• Assist with client installs (Database, SQL)
• Assist customer with guidance on best approach for adding new clients
• Identify potential areas to improve backup windows (if possible)
• Share best practice methodologies throughout the residency assignment
• Resident is expected to be self-directed, able to accomplish tasks with little to no direction
• Resident must be confident and assertive Resident must be onsite for the duration of the assignment
