Position Job Title: Software Manager  (Albany, NY)

Position Skill Level: Expert

Engagement Length in Months: 6 months

Position Requested Qualifications :

  •          7 years’ experience with directly managing software applications, establishing/maintaining resource schedules, and status reporting.
  •         7 years’ experience with facilitating communication during the entire Software Development Life Cycle including meetings between vendors and staff.
  •         5 years’ experience with planning and managing web-based, service-oriented architecture applications and infrastructure upgrade projects.
  •          5 years’ experience providing task estimates to the Project Manager
  •         5 years’ experience establishing priorities using information from the Project and Program managers.
  •          5 years’ experience with managing the evolution and maintenance of three-tier architecture applications.
  •         3 years of experience with planning and implementing automated, data exchange between internal and external systems.
  •         3 years managing applications in public health, healthcare, third party insurance claiming, or case management application delivery area.
  •         2 years’ Experience managing an application built using Cúram Social Program Management.
  •          Candidate has a bachelor’s degree in an Information Technology related field or business administration.
  •          Candidate has a certification one of the following areas: Project Management, Business Analysis, or Quality Assurance.
