Primary Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate understanding of strategies to ensure delivery of quality solutions and incorporate quality principles to ensure optimal performance, impact and experience
- Incorporate business processes, user experience and system performance in the creation of the test strategy and testing of system and solutions
- Continually seek opportunities to improve solutions, processes and performance
- Design, develop, reuse and implement automated frameworks and tests, i.e., unit, functional, regression and performance
- Deliver test automation solutions in accordance with enterprise standards and within development and operational guidelines
- Mentor and direct development team members in automation and/or quality engineering principles
- Develop new functionality for efficiently testing user stories and defects
- Lead role in writing External Service Tests to automate our testing
- Help ensure the Quality of our code base

Required Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree
- 3+ years of experience with Java
- 3+ years of experience with Quality Assurance
- 3+ years of insurance member enrolment domain experience
- 3+ years of Relational Database experience

- Experience with Unix
