Job Description
The development team is looking for a self-motivated, back end software engineer - Bill Pay to join our team.
Requirements:
You love solving problems and building solutions
You’re self-motivated and have a demonstrated track record of self-learning and
going above and beyond
You’re excited to create high traffic back end distributed services for customers
You have back ground of experience working in Payments
You have experience working in test driven environment
You’re a strong advocate of good coding standards and like the use of coding tools
that will push you to improve the code you deliver
You know how to identify performance bottlenecks and use good coding
patterns to avoid them in the first place.
You are comfortable doing paired programming and extreme programming
Generalist backend engineers who can bring in their experience from different domains to Bill Pay.
Experience across multiple complex domains – there are several integration problems this team needs to tackle.
Ability and desire to work with multiple tech stacks nbsp;Java, Ruby, Rails, Databases, GraphQL, Spark, etc.
Focus areas include payments, provisioning, API integrations, payouts, reporting, operational tools and monitoring
Provide prior experience/projects you have delivered in the following areas
Large scale payment processing for enterprise customers
High volume payments migrations from one provider to another
BillPay Vertical experience
