* Experienced with Agile framework and ability to apply best practices using industry standards.
* Understand TCP/IP and UDP/Multicast networking.
* 4-5 years Software Development or Systems Engineering in a professional environment. * Proficient in Java or C++ development.
* Source code control w/ Git.
* Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, and demonstrated experience working with stakeholders and development teams.
* Strong communication skills, both orally and in writing to convey Development strategy and integration activities.
* Experience developing, maintaining, and contributing to technical documentation.
* Ability to travel to customer locations and supporting customer engagement locations.
