Role: SOA/Middleware Consultant
Location: San Francisco, CA
Duration : 6-month + 6-month extension

Key Skills:
Public Works is seeking middleware consultant to select a replacement SOA/Middleware system for the department based on our requirements and, once procured, design, configure and implement all the necessary integrations. Integration should include batch uploads, real-time messaging, bulk data loads and ability to identify and minimize duplicate requests/messages.
Experience Required:
Over 5 years of SOA/Middleware system experience.
Knowledge and experience architecting and implementing business middleware solutions.
Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders.
Broad knowledge-base of PeopleSoft Financial, Oracle WebLogic, Infor EAM, SQL Server, Active Directory and Azure.
Familiarity with government IT operations
Strong knowledge and experience with SDLC (software development lifecycle)
Accuracy, end user documentation and procedural focus.
