Role : SNOWFLAKE Developer
Location : Dallas, TX
Duration: 6 Months
Moi: Phone then in-person (SKYPE for non-locals)
Required Skills:
Experience and understanding of architecting, designing and operationalization data and analytics solutions on Snowflake Cloud Data Warehouse.
Need to have professional knowledge of Python and Snowflakes SnowSQL Writing SQL queries against Snowflake.
Developing scripts Unix, Python etc. to do Extract, Load and Transform data
Preferred Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technical Science or 3 years of technical architecture and build experience with large scale solutions.
Alteryx knowledge to build flows to load data into Snowflake.
A day in the life of:
Migrating data into the cloud.
Doing Modelling and Architecture in the cloud.
Extracting data for Snowflake from other tools. (i.e Developing scripts Unix, Python etc
Experience:
1-3 years experience. (or less/not strict)
Best practices and ability to accelerate the development process.
