Job Title: Site Reliability Engineer Client: Intuitive Cloud Job ID: # 714895 No. Of Opening: 1 Duration: 6 Months+ ( W2 contract) Location: Remote across USA Interview process: 2 Rounds with ITP Job Description- About the Role: Intuitive, is looking for a Senior Site Reliability Engineer with experience in implementation, migration, and administration of the public, private, hybrid, on-premise, Hyper-V, SCCM/MECM, Active Directory and overall operating systems troubleshooting and support. Your role will drive enablement with customers looking to integrate them into their environment, and maintain consistent, long-term engineering support. Your role will be tightly integrated with the entire Managed Services team and be a contributing member to all solutions delivered by Managed Services and NOC. What You’ll Do: · Provide L3/L4 Support for Intuitive’s delivered services, customer environments, both on prem and cloud. · Troubleshooting and installing servers and services. · Provide, maintain, and implement holistic solutions for customers with complex opportunities. · Performing assessments, planning, implementation, and migration of Operating systems and services – on prem to cloud migrations, OS upgrade migrations. · Support environments of complex multi-site enterprise infrastructures · Proven ability to provide technical leadership in a collaborative environment. · Provide logistical communication to multi touch implementations · Build Customer Relationships through exceptional customer service. · Continue to build, innovate yourself within the multi-disciplined practice. · Provide and implement support of End User protection software solutions Qualifications & Interests: · Five to seven years related experience supporting Commercial and Enterprise class infrastructure · A professional business attitude and courteous manner toward clients, partners, and co-workers · Ability to work weekends and/or off hours as necessary at will (on-call) to meet clients’ and internal support needs · Excellent written and verbal communication skills · Strong customer-interaction skills · Professional certifications of MCSA, MCSD, or MCSE (or equivalents) is required.
