Job Description :

Must Haves:

  • 4+ years of experience in systems engineering, platform support, DevOps, or site reliability roles.
  • Strong familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services, especially BigQuery, Cloud Logging, IAM, and Services Accounts.
  • Proven experience supporting third-party SaaS platforms in an enterprise environment. (Atlassian tools)
  • Comfortable debugging logs, analyzing query performance, and writing or tuning SQL in BigQuery.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including vendor partners.
  • Experience triaging platform-wide issues and coordinating incident response.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with a bias for action and continuous improvement.
  • Passion for user-centric tooling and enabling others through great platform experiences.
  • Github Actions experience
  • Experience with enterprise AI platforms (e.g., Glean, Coveo, Sinequa, etc.).
  • Prior experience enabling AI agents, chatbots, or LLM-integrated workflows.
