Job Description :

Must Haves:

4+ years of experience in systems engineering, platform support, DevOps, or site reliability roles.
Strong familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services, especially BigQuery, Cloud Logging, IAM, and Services Accounts.
Proven experience supporting third-party SaaS platforms in an enterprise environment. (Atlassian tools)
Comfortable debugging logs, analyzing query performance, and writing or tuning SQL in BigQuery.
Ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including vendor partners.
Experience triaging platform-wide issues and coordinating incident response.
Strong problem-solving mindset with a bias for action and continuous improvement.
Passion for user-centric tooling and enabling others through great platform experiences.

Github Actions experience
Experience with enterprise AI platforms (e.g., Glean, Coveo, Sinequa, etc.).
Prior experience enabling AI agents, chatbots, or LLM-integrated workflows.
