Contract description
We are seeking a Siebel Applications Lead with deep expertise in Siebel modules (CRS, CIB, CVP, IDS) to support a complex, multi-year transformation program.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the integration of Siebel CRM and Loyalty systems with a new reservation platform
- Collaborate with client stakeholders onsite in Miami to drive delivery and resolve issues
- Oversee Siebel application modules including CRS, CIB, CVP, and IDS
- Manage cross-functional teams and ensure alignment across business and technical workstreams
- Provide strategic input and hands-on support throughout the transformation lifecycle
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Siebel CRM, including hands-on experience with CRS, CIB, CVP, IDS modules
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills in complex delivery environments
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence and collaborate across teams
- Prior experience in cruise or hospitality industry strongly preferred
- Willingness to work onsite in Miami or reside nearby for frequent client engagement
