I am currently looking SharePoint Site Manager for one of our clients. Below is the job description for your review. Please let me know if you would be interested. Title: SharePoint Site Manager Duration: 7+ months Remote Resource with prior NIA or any other NIH experience must SharePoint Site Manager as described below is considered essential to the successful performance of the requirement: Minimum of 2 years' experience. Expertise in development and management of SharePoint Online Office 365. Experience developing, creating, and/or modifying applications software or specialize programs in a SharePoint Online Office 365 environment. Knowledge and skill in implementing the latest tools and technology available in the SharePoint Online Office 365 environment into a new modern, intuitive, and user-friendly design. Experience performing requirements analysis and implementing Agile project management methodology guided by the HHS EPLC standard project management methodology. Customizing software for client use with the aim of optimizing operational efficiency. Duties Design a new informational portal with a landing page and subpages in a SharePoint Online Office 365 environment. Execute Agile project management methodology for successful project completion. Conduct requirements analysis to identify redesign requirements and stakeholders, establish project schedule and deliverables, and identify project risks through use of Agile project management methodology guided by HHS Enterprise Performance Life Cycle (EPLC) standard project management methodology. Establish and implement a quality control (QC) plan for duration of the project. Design innovative, creative, responsive, and interactive landing page and subpages using customized web parts and latest tools and technology in SharePoint and other platform integrations. Create new custom webparts based on requirements and user interface design components. Establish static and dynamic navigation menus across the site. Create workflows with email notifications, as applicable. Designs are to be creative, modern, and intuitive to assist the user to find the respective files, information, or data they are seeking. Finalize homepage and key subpage concepts. Setup, as applicable, new site collections to implement the new User interface (UI) to the SharePoint templates. Hypertext Markup Language (HTML) conversion of all the approved design concepts to HTML templates which are responsive and adhere to 508 compliances. Replicate existing content of current Administrative Desk Guide to new site. Establish site map and setup subpages and key landing page as per the new sitemap. Implement search function and/or search engine optimization. Work with Hosting Team on any deployments as applicable. Conduct quality assurance (QA) and user acceptance testing (UAT) to assess functionality of the entire site prior to delivery. Train site administrators to manage and maintain site.
