Education and Experience »
Degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
Experience supporting users with SharePoint
Experience managing SharePoint online infrastructure
Experience in configuring & administering Site Collections, Sub Sites
Experience configuring SharePoint Online and wider Microsoft 365 technologies (PowerApps, Flow/Power Automate, Teams, Delve)
Experience of developing and configuring SharePoint, including SharePoint Designer workflows
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities »
In-depth knowledge of the SharePoint fundamentals such as Lists, Libraries, Views, Content Types, Columns, Web Parts and Workflows and how to use them to promote a configure before develop philosophy
Understanding of SPFX, JQuery, SharePoint Designer 2013 and Office 365 patterns and practices
Agile foundation desirable
Job Responsibilities:
Responsibility for the configuration and support of the SharePoint solution
Identify new SharePoint opportunities and promoting ‘SharePoint as a Service’ internally.
Maintain service(s) in all environments in line with business requirements and Change management process
Responsible for design and delivery of service(s)
Provide a high Level of support to global users in line with agreed SLA’s
Keeping up to date Systems documentation for service(s); this includes runbooks, operational documentation, user guides and training documentation as required
Responsibility for applicable service enhancements in co-ordination with Project Manager and in line with the direction of systems strategy
