Mandatory Skills:
Minimum five (5) years’ software development experience using MS web and application development technologies, three (3) years of which must be in solution development for SharePoint.
Minimum three (3) years’ experience providing daily enterprise operational support to an Enterprise SharePoint 2013 at an organization of more than 5,000 employees. Support must include configuration and troubleshooting SharePoint backend processes.
Minimum three (3) years’ experience providing daily enterprise operational support to an Enterprise Project Server 2013. Support must include configuration and troubleshooting Project Server Backend processes.
Minimum three (3) years’ experience in Office 365, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online and Microsoft Skype for Business online or Microsoft Teams.
Minimum three (3) years’ experience with architecture and development of SharePoint Online collaboration and publishing sites, including migration from on-premises to Office 365 SharePoint Online.
Minimum two (2) years’ Metalogix (Content Matrix, Diagnostic Manager, ControlPoint) experience.
Software development and/or SharePoint certifications from MS for SharePoint 2010 and 2013 (MCAD, MCSD, and MCPD
Minimum three (3) years’ experience implementing an extranet with an external active directory.
Minimum three (3) years’ experience supporting Windows Server 2012 R2.
Minimum three (3) years’ experience in development and supporting SQL Server 2012. Experience must include performing complex database queries, data conversion, database development, and data analysis.
Minimum two (2) years’ experience developing and supporting SQL Analysis Services and SQL Reporting Services 2012 through current versions. The experience must include developing complicated multiple level (drill down) custom formatted reports.
Minimum two (2) years’ experience supporting IIS 8.5 through current versions. Experience must include IIS configuration/authentication/authorization, master pages, web site setup, configuration, and Cascading Style Sheets.
Minimum five (5) years’ experience in Object Oriented Programming with Visual Studio 2012 through current versions.
Minimum three (3) years’ experience in writing requirements analysis, and design specifications, user acceptance test scripts; coordinating/overseeing user acceptance testing; and preparing test summary results.
Minimum three (3) years’ experience in applying strong design, analytical and writing skills to formulate and document enhancement specifications and test scenarios.
Desired Skills:
Using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook to facilitate written and oral communication such as developing status reports, creating, and maintaining technical documentation and communication with team members, end users, and stakeholders. Ability to use MS Visio to create and modify logic diagrams and process flow charts that support system analysis and design activities as well as systems documentation.
Using project management reporting to create and maintain project schedules such as creating and maintaining work breakdown structures, sequencing tasks, allocating resources, and tracking progress (e.g. MS Project
Reading, analyzing and/or discussing flowcharts, and pseudo-code or logic diagrams.
Working with various operational groups associated with IT – including job scheduling, output distribution, Windows Server Administrators, Database Administrators, Network Operations, and Help Desk Operations.
Developing and maintaining application development systems for state law enforcement agencies, or other law enforcement programs specific to state and federal policies and procedures.
Training and mentoring IT staff in SharePoint and facilitating effective knowledge transfer
