SharePoint Developer Associate

100% Remote

Job Summary:

We are looking for a SharePoint Developer Associate to design, develop, and support SharePoint-based solutions. The candidate will work on customizing SharePoint Online/On-Premises environments, building workflows, and integrating business applications to improve collaboration and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and customize SharePoint solutions using SharePoint Online and/or On-Premises
Create and manage SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and permissions
Build workflows and automation using Power Automate (Flow)
Develop custom web parts and extensions using SPFx (SharePoint Framework)
Integrate SharePoint with other Microsoft 365 services and third-party applications
Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint-related issues
Support migration and upgrade projects
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand requirements
Ensure best practices in security, performance, and usability

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience with SharePoint Online / SharePoint On-Premises
Knowledge of SPFx (SharePoint Framework)
Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS
Experience with Power Automate and Power Apps
Familiarity with REST APIs and Microsoft Graph API
Understanding of SharePoint architecture and permissions model

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, OneDrive, etc.)
Knowledge of PnP PowerShell and SharePoint migration tools
Familiarity with Azure services and cloud concepts
SharePoint or Microsoft certifications

Experience:

2–6 years of experience in SharePoint development
