Job Description :
As the Senior SharePoint Application Developer, you will work closely with the Business Analyst and Project Manager to create SharePoint solutions and advise clients how to make use of this technology to achieve various business goals. The SharePoint Developer will also be challenged by coding new and cutting-edge custom applications that integrate with SharePoint to take the user-experience to the next level. Experience developing custom applications using NodeJS and NPM/Yarn for SharePoint is plus. Also, development experience with SPFX Web Parts and extensions. You will need expertise in best practices for maintaining a reliable SharePoint 2016 Farm.
Job Responsibilities
o Participate in requirements gathering including initial solution design sessions.
o Document existing and proposed solution architecture
o Scripting SharePoint maintenance tasks with PowerShell
o Installing SharePoint 2016
o Configuring SharePoint 2016
o Configuring IIS 7 or later
o Windows server 2012\2016 administration
o Provisioning SharePoint 2016 site collections
o Provisioning SharePoint 2016 sites
o Manage permissions site wide
o Implements custom SharePoint 2016 solutions
o Automating\scripting SharePoint Development tasks
o Brands SharePoint 2016 Farm
o Tests SharePoint solutions
o Coding/Maintaining custom applications
Position will be filled in Washington DC or Lakewood, Colorado
Job Requirements
o Prior experience with SharePoint 2013\2016
o Experience writing professional documentation in a business environment
o Familiarity with the design of information environments, independent of platform
o Experience with Visio or similar diagramming tool
o Familiarity with solution prototyping and data analysis migration tools.
o Expert level skill with SharePoint 2013\2016
o C#
o Typescript\JavaScript
o Experience with ReactJS or Angular
o PowerShell
o Visual Studio Code
o NodeJS
o SharePoint MCSD certification desirable
o Microsoft Specialist: Programming in HTML5 with JavaScript and CSS3 desirable
o Experience with SQL Server 2012/2014/2016
o Windows Server 2012\2016 administration
o PowerShell
o PNP client-side SharePoint scripting
o SPFX Web Parts and extensions
o NodeJS and NPM/Yarn
o Webpack
o 8 or more years of development experience
o Bachelor’s degree preferred
