  • Proven ability to provide written documentation and correspondence on various versions of SharePoint
  • Proven ability to develop and a present a plan to other members of the project team.
  • Proven ability to resolve/manage conflict within a team.
  • Proven ability to perform advanced troubleshooting between applications.
  • Advanced analytical and troubleshooting skill.
  • Advanced problem-solving skills.
  • Aids fellow Application Administrators.
  • Understanding of business function(s) as they relate to the application.
  • Experience managing application integrations and implementations.
  • Advanced understanding of ITIL concepts.
  • Proven to be self-motivated
  • Advanced customer service orientation.
  • Proven ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related degree.  A combination of education, experience and training may be considered in lieu of a formal degree.
  • This job’s responsibilities may include task assignment to support, administer, or access systems.
