Proven ability to perform advanced troubleshooting between applications.
Advanced analytical and troubleshooting skill.
Advanced problem-solving skills.
Aids fellow Application Administrators.
Understanding of business function(s) as they relate to the application.
Experience managing application integrations and implementations.
Advanced understanding of ITIL concepts.
Proven to be self-motivated
