The requirement seems to be more for a junior SME with around 10 years experience primarily on SFDC including Sales and Marketing Cloud.
The candidate should be able to work from Chicago or Dallas.

Responsibilities:
Give a strategic product vision and roadmap for a global CRM platform that supports their business roadmap and priorities; Drive the product management and roll-out of a US and Global platform to the client’s business
Drive the rationalization of all Sales and Marketing platforms across the organization, helping define and analyze customer journeys, metrics, objectives, key results and productivity gains that inform the success of the solutions delivered
Design, implement and continuously improve Sales and Marketing (CRM) capabilities to streamline processes and procedures and maximize operational effectiveness; Create and roll-out solutions that solve field problems
Qualifications:
Minimum 10 years of Enterprise CRM platform and software delivery experience, $8M+ budgets and large teams
Bachelor’s degree
Prior management consulting experience implementing Sales and Marketing IT Solutions, with knowledge of marketing leading CRM platforms. Salesforce is required
