SFDC CRM Support Specialist
US Citizenship Required
Typical Work Schedule: Meetings with IST (India) as needed, general work schedule is 8-5pm CST, weekends as needed to support delivery and/or Prod launches
Location: Fully Remote
Duration: Minimum of 6 months, maximum of 2 years - Opportunity to Convert after 6 month evaluation

Strong technical knowledge of SFDC (Boomi Integration, Siebel Integration nice to have) • 4+ years previous development experience with Salesforce.com • Experience with Salesforce.com administration. • Experience with Change Sets, ANT, GIT, JIRA, Bamboo and JIRA (Comparable experience is welcome) • Experience with Visualforce, APEX, SOQL, SOSL • Experience in technical analysis and object oriented programming • Experience using SFDC-related tools (Eclipse IDE, Apex Data Loader, Workbench) • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery •Highly desirable skills: • Community Cloud development & support • Release Mgmt/Deployment Mgmt • Case Mgmt development & support

This position will –
Provide SFDC Sales & Community support partnering with FED IT and Business Teams
Manage & Support Incident Mgmt process partnering with various IT & Business resources for Incident resolution.
Provide Development support partnering with Product Owner, Tech Lead and Testing teams
Develop code to meet standards of US Federal Business.
Code to Dell SDLC standards

Requirements:

Prior experience with Agile & BDD (Behavior Driven Development) preferred
