REQUIREMENT: Title: Sr Salesforce Admin with experience on APEX Location:Sunnyvale , CA (100 % Remote) Job Description: Must have skills : Salesforce admin , Apex code ,Debugging · Ensure customer service is timely and accurate on a daily basis. · Provide day-to-day Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud Production Support by troubleshooting issues brought up by end-users as well as other team members. · Conduct assessment on current state production systems, support and maintenance capabilities, processes, and procedures, and Identify production risks and areas for improvement. · Support the Development Team as well as the business team in support, maintenance, and improvement of the Salesforce platform. · Configure and maintain custom objects, fields, record types, page layouts, Formulas, Validation rules. · Configure and maintain workflows, approval processes, process builder, Lightning flows, installed packages, etc. within Salesforce · Maintain user roles and profiles, security settings, access settings, etc. (User Profiles, Role Hierarchy, Sharing Rules and Security) · Debugging and finding route cause on issues coming from apex code. · Maintain and support integrations between Salesforce.com and other internal/external business applications Role Requirements: · Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience · Active Salesforce certifications: Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder preferred · A minimum of three years of Salesforce platform/design/development experience · One year of working experience in Salesforce technical support. · Understanding of the Salesforce platform (Sales, Service, Marketing) Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CPQ. · Extensive VisualForce, Apex Classes/Controllers, Apex Triggers development experience. · Knowledge of integrations, 3rd party integration tools, ETL with Salesforce. · Web Services development or experience with the Salesforce API (REST/SOAP/MetaData, etc
