Role Description
8 to 10 years of experience as a Solution Architect for the ServiceNow implementation. Should lead architecture discussions as CSM representative. Guide the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of interface integrations with multiple manufacturing systems. Worked on Requirement gathering, provided a solution from end to end through ServiceNow applications, helped the development team to prepare a design document, developed, tested, implemented, and maintained, and worked with the process owner to define the roadmap for any given product and translate this into user stories
