Job Role : ServiceNow Project Manager

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Project Manager to lead ServiceNow implementation and maintenance initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow, project management, and Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and oversee ServiceNow projects from initiation to closure.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum methodologies throughout project execution.
- Track project progress, risks, and dependencies; provide regular status updates to leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement and best practices for ServiceNow implementation and support.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager for ServiceNow implementations or maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities and modules.
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum project management methodologies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP or Scrum Master certification.
- Experience in managing multiple ServiceNow projects simultaneously.
