Job Description :
  • Experience as a Business Analyst and/or Architect, with a focus on ServiceNow implementations.
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform fundamentals, modules, and capabilities.
  • ServiceNow certifications, such as Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) or Certified System Administrator (CSA) highly preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow licensing models, pricing structures, and license optimization strategies.
  • Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements, conducting business process analysis, and translating requirements into technical specifications.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, with a track record of successfully managing projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and propose effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) and ITIL framework is a plus.
  • Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies is an advantage.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage license tracking and compliance processes.
