Role: ServiceNow Practitioner
Location : New Jersey, United States
Duration: Full Time
Key Responsibilities:
  • Ideal candidate should have Sales & Technical Consulting expertise in the area of ITSM tools mainly ServiceNow & the services related to it.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify target accounts, drive joint pursuit plans and execution strategy to increase the win rate and land new logos.
  • Experience in Solutioning and sales by working with decision makers/influencers/ "C” level/Sr Executive level contacts in accounts. Must have closed deals > $4-5Million/year.
  • Develop and continue to refine standard pricing / cost model for ServiceNow offerings.
  • Creation of large proactive deals, creating strategy, planning and roadmap. Proven track record in consulting, advising and solution selling. Lead range of RFP/RFI initiatives within the account.
  • Work with point sales team and marketing team to build lead generation strategies that lead to recurring revenue in the practice.
  • Able to architect client solutions using ServiceNow tech stack and ability to pick the optimal solution elements when there are alternatives.
  • Extensive Hands-on experience with ServiceNow tool with all its updated patches till date using various hyperscale providers (AWS, Azure, GCP etc.)
  • Work closely with project teams to lead the engagement lifecycle, including project scoping, statements of work, project plans, and service delivery updates.
  • Lead assessments and roadmaps for customers, including "Go to Market" strategies.
  • Must have experience in ITO/ITSM transitions.
  • Experience in Service Delivery and Operations for Service Desk, End user Computing & Infrastructure including the operations/monitoring team.

Attributes:
  • Minimum 10 years of IT experience with at least 5 years developing or deploying solutions for large scale Platform initiatives preferably for ITSM Services but not limited to ITSM only.
  • Excellent customer interface skills – communication & ability to deliver presentation, drive meetings. Develop long term valued relationships with the client.
  • Ability to adapt in a rapidly changing environment, work effectively under high pressure, growth mode.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to be a change champion and influence change across the organization.
