Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Lead Consultant Specialist Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ServiceNow implementations, integrations, and solutions architecture, with the ability to lead complex projects and guide technical teams. This role requires a strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes, ServiceNow modules, and best practices, along with exceptional client-facing and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions for enterprise clients.

  • Serve as the technical subject matter expert for ServiceNow, providing guidance on platform capabilities, best practices, and architecture.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

  • Develop and maintain custom applications, workflows, and integrations within the ServiceNow platform.

  • Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with industry standards.

  • Oversee and mentor junior developers and consultants, providing technical guidance and code reviews.

  • Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning to ensure optimal functionality.

  • Participate in client meetings, workshops, and presentations to provide expert advice and support decision-making.

  • Stay updated on ServiceNow releases, features, and industry trends to continuously improve solutions and methodologies.

Required Qualifications:
  • 12+ years of experience in IT consulting or enterprise system implementation, with significant exposure to ServiceNow.

  • Strong experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and custom application development.

  • Proficient in JavaScript, GlideScript, REST/SOAP integrations, and ServiceNow Studio.

  • Deep understanding of ITIL framework and ITSM best practices.

  • Proven experience leading end-to-end ServiceNow implementation projects.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

  • Excellent communication and client-facing abilities, including presentation and documentation skills.

  • Ability to mentor and lead technical teams effectively.

Preferred Skills:
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist or equivalent certifications.

  • Experience with ServiceNow Discovery, CMDB, and Service Portal customization.

  • Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies.

  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and enterprise IT architecture.

  • Strong project management skills and experience coordinating cross-functional teams.

  • Knowledge of IT security and compliance frameworks.
