12+ years of experience in IT consulting or enterprise system implementation, with significant exposure to ServiceNow.

Strong experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and custom application development.

Proficient in JavaScript, GlideScript, REST/SOAP integrations, and ServiceNow Studio.

Deep understanding of ITIL framework and ITSM best practices.

Proven experience leading end-to-end ServiceNow implementation projects.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

Excellent communication and client-facing abilities, including presentation and documentation skills.

Ability to mentor and lead technical teams effectively.
