Job Description
  • ServiceNow Developer: Implementation and development experience specific to the implementation of the CSM /Telecom OM module in ServiceNow.
  • At least 4 years of experience with ServiceNow.
  • Recent experience in senior development leading role.
  • Configure the ServiceNow solution to meet identified business requirements, process guides and functional requirements.
  • Solid ServiceNow development experience,
  • Responsible for ServiceNow platform Administration, Development, Documentation and Technical support.
  • Configure/Customize ServiceNow including Workflows using Flow Designer, Service Catalog, UI, Client scripts, Business rules, UI Actions, Script Includes etc.
  • Experience in Web development languages, specifically JavaScript, XML, AngularJS, Bootstrap, Jelly, and HTML/CSS.
  • Experience in Web Service integrations using SOAP, REST, JSON, etc.
  • Participation in the full software development life cycle: Analysis, Design, Coding, Testing and promotion into Production.

Responsibilities:
  • To ensure successful initiation, planning, execution, control and completion of the project by guiding team members on technical aspects and conducting reviews of technical documents and artefacts.
  • Lead project development, production support and maintenance activities.
  • Fill in and ensure timesheets are completed, as is the invoicing process, on or before the deadline.
  • Lead the customer interface for the project on an everyday basis, proactively addressing any issues before they are escalated.
  • Create functional and technical specification documents. Track open tickets/ incidents in queue allocate tickets to resources and ensure that the tickets are closed within the deadlines.
  • Ensure analysts adhere to SLAs/KPIs/OLAs.
  • Ensure that all in the delivery team, including myself, are constantly thinking of ways to do things faster, better or in a more economical manner.
  • Lead and ensure the project complies with Software Quality Processes and within timelines.
  • Review functional and technical specification documents.
  • Serve as the single point of contact for the team to the project stakeholders. Promote teamwork, motivate, mentor, and develop subordinates.
  • Provide application production support as per process/RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, and Informed) Matrix.
