Job Description:

Experience implementing ServiceNow ITOM, with a focus on Discovery and Service Mapping applications.
Good knowledge of CMDB and its associated process, OOB class structure, and CSDM process.
Overall knowledge of the ServiceNow Platform including building new applications, Integrations & enhancing existing applications.
Work on Solution Design for new requirements\ Integrations and suggest recommendations and best practices.
Identify any gaps in existing solutions and suggest and work on improvements.
Exposure of having worked in large organizations managing multiple Service Management tools.
Good stakeholder management and communication skills.
Preference- Certified in CIS Discovery, CIS Service Mapping, and ITIL Certified.
