Job Title: ServiceNow ITOM Specialist
Location: Remote
Duration: Contract
Job Description:
  • Experience implementing ServiceNow ITOM, with a focus on Discovery and Service Mapping applications.
  • Good knowledge of CMDB and its associated process, OOB class structure, and CSDM process.
  • Overall knowledge of the ServiceNow Platform including building new applications, Integrations & enhancing existing applications.
  • Work on Solution Design for new requirements\ Integrations and suggest recommendations and best practices.
  • Identify any gaps in existing solutions and suggest and work on improvements.
  • Exposure of having worked in large organizations managing multiple Service Management tools.
  • Good stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Preference- Certified in CIS Discovery, CIS Service Mapping, and ITIL Certified.
